If, for any reason, you wish to exchange/return an item, you may do so within 14 days of the date of purchase (or delivery for webshop orders) in accordance with our terms and conditions.

General terms and conditions:
All our transactions are subject to Lwin Jewelry terms and conditions.
Lwin products can be returned within 14 days provided;
- The product has not been personalized
- The size of the product has not been changed
- The product is not engraved
Depreciation may be charged if the product does not meet the following requirements;
- The product is new, undamaged and unworn.
- ls not subject to any third party handling, repairs or other activities on the product
- With any accompanying papers such as warranty booklet
Upon receipt of the return, and it falls within our conditions (see above), will be returned to the same payment method. We will refund the entire purchase price (excluding any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. We may, however, wait with refunding until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them to us.
